Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern engagements with Amarix Studio, operated by AMARIX LLC.
Services
Amarix provides digital design and development services, including fixed-scope digital deliverables (Design Audit, Landing Page Teardown, Brand Snapshot, Product Audit) and custom-quoted project engagements (websites, products, SaaS builds, and brand systems).
Engagement Basis
Fixed-scope deliverables are one-time payments for the described work. Larger project engagements are governed by a written proposal outlining scope, timeline, and payment terms, which may include a deposit before work begins.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. Amarix retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio unless a client requests otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
Amarix provides design and development services only. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales, or results from delivered work.
