Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested for fixed-scope deliverables (Design Audit, Landing Page Teardown, Brand Snapshot, Product Audit) if work has not yet started.

Once an audit or starter deliverable has been completed and delivered, it is non-refundable.

For larger project engagements, any deposit becomes non-refundable once design or development work has begun on the agreed scope, as outlined in the project proposal.
