Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a project engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable at the agreed rate.

Fixed-scope deliverables already in progress cannot be cancelled once work has started; see our Refund Policy for details.

Ongoing partnership or retainer engagements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
